La Kinesportiva was founded in 2015 in Saint Lucia due to the growing interest in sports development, especially after Saint Lucia was initially chosen to host the 2014 Commonwealth Games. Since co-hosting the 2006 Cricket World Cup, there has been increased enthusiasm for sports in Saint Lucia, leading to the development of promising talents.
